Iloilo, bacolod, antique and boracay in one week!

My aunt from Oregon and my aunt from Scotland came for a vacation. My parents knew then that I was going through a hard time with my ex and they have booked a flight for us to go to Iloilo for a vacation.

I was excited because it was my first time to get on a plane and my first time in that place.

I have a shift the day before we left, so I don't really have much sleep. So, I packed my stuff, then sila na yung nagdala then sinundo nila ako sa office.

Maaga kami sa airport so dun ako bumawi ng tulog.
Before I went to work, I and my friends had a drinking session pa. So I look like a Cayote Ugly.

Siguro, I've been asleep for an hour dun sa waiting area. Then gising na gising ako nung nasa plane na. Then I got disappointed pa. It's like riding on a bus lang pala.

Cebu pacific is really small. Funny pero, yung mga flight attendants are just like vendors. Selling water, snacks and other stuff sa plane... It took us exactly 45 mins to get there, Manila to Iloilo. When we got there, my aunt's friend was there na. We took a cab going to their place. Iloilo is a nice place, but nothing really special.

Nung dumating kami sa house, it was so nice, we met the family and had our lunch. Ang daming food. Mostly delicasies ng Iloilo, and every body was forcing me to taste everything. I lost my appetite. I went out then look for a place to hide. Bawal kasi ako makitang nagyoyosi. Since wala pa ako tulog, nauna na ako matulog sa mga tao dun.

The next day, we had to wake up very early, we have to catch the ferry going to Bacolod. It was also my first time to get there and ride a ferry boat. When we got there, we looked for a hotel where we can stay over night.

Then went to my uncle's sister's house. Then went to a church, it was my first time so, nag wish ako. :)

Then we had our Lunch somewhere, it was a known restaurant. I am not into seafoods but the Shrimp really made my day. I think it was called gambas, I'm


Then we went back to Iloilo, not much to do, I just eat and sleep. I had to sleep early because we are going to Antique tomorrow. We are going to visit some relatives there. This time, by land naman ang travel namin.

We took a 2 hours drive to get to antique. Nakakatakot lang yung roads kasi mostly bangin. its like going up the mountain, siguro tatlong bundok yung tinawid namin to get there. But its OK. Sa tatlong province na yun, Antique was the best.

Ang galing nga nung mga tita ko, naalala nila ung bahay nung pupuntahan namin. nilakad lang namin yung bahay nung mga kamag anak namin. They didn't know na darating kami. Gulat na gulat sila nung dumating kami. First time ko rin na meet yung mga relatives ko. Pero sabi nila, tumira daw sila sa Binangonan. They know me. Yung isa, sabi nya never nya ako nakita, eh kalapit bahay lang daw namin sya. Then syempre more more ang kamustahan, picture taking and all.

Buti nalang this time, may mga kasamahan na ako na mas bata. I'm sorry pero I forgot their names. Ayun, we stayed there overnight. Tomorrow, we'll bring everybody sa bora.

The next day, we left Antique as early as 6 am. Took an ordinary bus going to caticlan. Its a 2 hour ride. Pero in fairness, super ganda talaga nung place.

We arrive dun sa port around 9 am. So we have to take a boat or a ferry to get to Bora. Yung sinakyan namin eh parang yate, doon ako nag simula na humiling ng yate sa dadi ko. LOL!

I am not amazed with Boracay. There are other places na mas maganda pa dun. Hindi ko na enjoy. Feeling ko, kahit na sino pa kasama ko, d ko parin ma-eenjoy. Crowded. Commercialized. Expensive. Sikat lang sya kaya siguro madami gustong pumunta.

My target is to buy pasalubong for my friends, siguro kulang ang isang araw para mag shopping. Sobrang laki and dami kc ng tindahan. So we just had lunch then niyaya ko yung pinsan ko (police woman) na mamili na ng pasalubong. Nakakapagod. So we went back to our Cavana. Rest. then yung isa kong pinsan, she used to work somewhere here in Boracay and marami syang kakilala. She contacted a friend and pinagamit kami ng ATV.

Super! I have always wanted to try it. And its for free. Sinundo pa kami nung service nila. Syempre pinagpaalam muna nila ako sa tita ko. Sabi ni tita, "naku, bantayan nyo yang mabuti at nag-iisa yan... wala akong pamalit jan, magagalit sakin ang tatay nyan"... LOL!

Ang layo. Then when we got there, I chose the red ATV. May practice pa yun and complete gear. We just need to follow yung guide namin kasi national road yung dadaanan namin. Marami rin kasing tourist na nag ATV. So para safe and you won't get lost, you need to follow the guide.

Malayo yung nai-drive namin. Paakayt ng bundok. Ang tawag Mt. LUHO. Sabi ng daddy ko bagay sakin. Sa sobrang "Luho" ko daw. We have to  pay P50 for the entrance to get to the top of the mountain. Dito kasi kita mo na ang halos kabuuan ng Boracay.

It was the first time din to see a tazmanian devil. Ayun, picture taking. Super nag enjoy naman ako sa company nung mga pinsan ko. Gabi na kami nang maka balik. Tulog na yung mga tunders. Napagod siguro, kami naman tatlo, we had Pizza for breakfast. Free ulit. Yung friend na chef nung pinsan ko, nagpadala ng pizza.

Nung gabi, after kong mag swim sa pool, (ayoko sa beach eh) We went for a walk with the (police woman na pinsan ko) Nagpa-picture sa Boracay sand. Then nag pa henna, nanood ng fire dance. Then went to a bar and had a few bottles

Nung pabalik na kami, ayun na kwento ko na sa pinsan ko yung pinagdadaanan ko. LOL.

Kausap ko rin noon si Jigs (baby tiger) nasa romblon kasi sya today and fiesta sa kanila. She was inviting me. Kaso nga, I was with my aunt. Sabi nya sabay na lang sya going back to Manila. Eh kaso, sya manggagaling ng caticlan, eh ako, sa Iloilo pa.

Then went back to our Cavana and sleep. The next day, early morning, went shopping for pasalubong. Kasi we are going back to Iloilo in the afternoon. We took a bus going back to IloIlo, rest sleep. 5 am ang flight namin eh.
